The search results you see on the biggest real estate sites are sorted by who paid for placement — not by what fits your needs. You're not browsing listings. You're browsing ads.
Most portal results are ranked by agent spend, not relevance to your search.
Some listings are suppressed or deprioritized unless agents pay for visibility.
Many portals lag behind MLS by hours or days — you see listings that are already gone.
Three steps. No account required. Just describe what you want.
Type in plain language — “3 bedroom house with a big backyard near good schools under $500K” — and the AI understands your intent. No dropdowns, no forms, no guesswork.
Your search hits the full MLS database — not a curated subset. The AI translates your words into filters, runs semantic matching, and returns results ranked by relevance to what you actually asked for.
Show me 3 bedroom homes with a pool under 500k in Austin
I found 47 properties matching your search. Here are homes in Austin with 3+ bedrooms, a pool, and priced under $500,000. Would you like me to filter these further by neighborhood or year built?
Not quite right? Just say so. “Show me ones with a pool” or “What about closer to downtown?” — the AI remembers your conversation and narrows results without starting over.
